Colin Watson joined Scout in 2018 and is responsible for acquisitions, divestitures and reserves analysis.
Colin earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance and minor in Accounting from the Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University in 2009. Prior to joining Scout, Colin enjoyed a strong relationship with the firm from his position as a Senior Vice President at BOK Financial. During his nine years at BOKF, he was involved in the financing of over $5B in energy transactions, primarily focused on credit structuring and syndication to private and public upstream and midstream energy companies.
Colin serves on the board of Directors of the Dallas Petroleum Club and Crestmont Private Wealth, a Houston-based Registered Investment Advisor. Additionally, he is an active member of the Dallas and Fort Worth ADAM Energy Forums.
