Blair Schrodel joined Scout in 2022 and serves as Director, Treasury & Investment Risk, responsible for managing Scout’s banking relationships, including credit facilities, treasury functions, and commodity hedging.
Blair earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in finance and marketing from the Price College of Business at the University of Oklahoma in 2013. Prior to joining Scout, Blair was a Senior Vice President at BOK Financial in the Energy Financial Services group. During her nine years at BOKF, she was responsible for managing relationships for upstream and midstream energy clients, including credit structuring, loan syndication, commodity hedging, and treasury services.
