Dave Supp joined Scout in 2026 and serves as Vice President of Information Technology, responsible for enterprise systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technology strategy.
Dave earned his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Arts in Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University. He has over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, both as a consultant and as a senior IT leader for public E&P companies.
Prior to joining Scout, Dave served as Chief Digital Officer for an oil and gas consulting firm, where he advised clients on IT strategy, merger integration, and digital transformation. He has led over a dozen large-scale M&A integration programs, helping E&P companies efficiently onboard assets, streamline processes, and transition to consistent operating models to accelerate value capture. Dave previously held IT leadership roles at EQT Corporation and CNX Resources. He also served as a Senior Manager in Deloitte Consulting’s Energy practice, where he focused on oil and gas M&A, enterprise systems, and IT operating models.
